If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your Xworks.com.au order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus our actual shipping charges to you which may be more than what you have paid for shipping) or exchange. We will pay your return shipping cost to us only if the return is a result of our error (eg. if we sent you the wrong product) or a product is DOA (Dead On Arrival).
We may only issue a partial refund or may refuse a refund for the return of certain items, including: - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Any product that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original saleable condition, is damaged, is missing packaging or parts.
If you wish to return a product we advise that you return the product by registered post or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. If you are going to return a product or have any problems with a purchase please contact us.
Cancelling Your Order
If necessary, you may cancel all or part of your order, provided you contact us prior to your order being dispatched.
